A poem for Microsoft Authenticator

Let me in, my lover

Oh, Microsoft authenticator, sweet and true

You are my protector in the digital view

Steadfast, safe, and pure

You keep my essays and uni files secure

With every code you make me input

You set our journey of love afoot

Passwords I lose and forget but you are my key

My soulmate in an app, forever meant to be

If my fingerprint doesn’t match

You always know the catch

Lock me from my files to prevent an attack

As if anyone would want my dissertation to hack

Open the app and enter the number shown on your screen

Stop it, you make me feel like a queen

Testing access to my own work

It’s just one of your many quirks

You give me love in bits and bytes

Keeping me safe even through the nights

I wrote this poem for you

Now please, to my essays, let me through.
