Graphics & Marketing Coordinator

Salary: £23,487, pension and discounted membership to Aberdeen Sports Village

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the team at AUSA (Aberdeen University Students’ Association), a registered charity, as a Graphics & Marketing Coordinator.

The Graphics & Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Representative Services Manager, will work as part of a team to create and support both online plus physical marketing materials that support engagement in the services, campaigns, and activities of AUSA.

Applicants should be committed to the AUSA values and have an excellent understanding of student communications. Previous experience in a similar role would be essential to provide the support required.

Some Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a range of digital communication materials

  • Design and produce physical AUSA marketing materials

  • As part of a team, create rich and engaging content to reach students

  • Support communications staff in developing AUSA’s brand

  • Work with communications staff to help develop clear communication and marketing strategies, policies, procedures, and plans.

  • Explore and present new design initiatives that will support increased participation in services and activities.

  • Supporting the arrangement of AUSA displays and ensuring plasma screens/noticeboards etc display accurate and relevant information in an engaging way.

  • Support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of AUSA’s website.

  • Assist in the delivery of AUSA events with on-site activity, including video and audio recording, setting-up of equipment, and other assistance as may be required.
